Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship our orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following:

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75.00 CDN (before sales tax and any discounts), unless shipping to a PO Box which may incur an additional cost.

Expedited Shipping provides an estimated shipping travel time once the item is submitted to Canada Post. If it provides an estimation of 1 business day, this does not mean that your order will be shipped out and delivered within 1 business day - this just means that once it has been shipped, it will take approx. 1 business day to arrive.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes. If you require shipping to a PO Box, you may incur an additional cost.

For all local delivery orders, please ensure that the correct shipping address is inputted. Any change in address after the order has been picked up may result in additional charges.

Delivery times outside of Ontario can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to arrive. Longer shipping times may occur due to shipping delays beyond our control.

Delivery times to remote areas may take longer than normal. Orders can arrive anywhere between 4-12 business days.

Please be specific with delivery instructions as to where we should leave your order if you are not home and it must be left outside. We truly hope your order stays in perfect condition upon receiving it, however, we are not responsible for weather, animals, theft, lost packages or any other acts of god.
- If you pay for delivery but the package has for some reason been returned to us (ie - wrong address given, no occupancy etc) and the package needs to be resent, the customer will be charged.

International Shipping

This does not include: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.

Orders may take anywhere between 2-7 business days to arrive. Longer shipping times may occur due to shipping delays beyond our control.

All orders shipped to the U.S may incur extra duties and taxes. U.S customers are responsible for the payment of any additional charges that may apply, and Sukker Baby has no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.

Delivery

If you require same day or weekend local delivery, please e-mail us at info@sukkerbaby.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra charges will apply.

If you require orders to be delivered between a certain time of day, please reach out. This may incur an extra shipping charge.

For same day local delivery, an extra shipping charge will be incurred depending on location of delivery.
