Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are typically fulfilled the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has shipped. 

Need your order the same day? We’ll do our best to accommodate. Rush orders are subject to a 15% rush fee. 

If there are any issues with your order during production, we’ll contact you. 

All candy orders are final sale. 

If there’s an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. 

Refunds are not available due to personal preference. 

If items are missing from your order or if any items are damaged, please provide us with an email with photo evidence of the damaged goods. 

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. Sukker Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake before your order has shipped, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.
