Is your candy nut free?

Most of our candy is nut free. Sour Pink Lips may contain traces of hazelnuts, peanuts, and almonds. Please refer to individual product pages for specific allergen information.

How often do you get new candy?

We’re always on the hunt for new favourites. New candy typically arrives a few times each month, so there’s almost always something new to discover.

Do you offer options for dietary restrictions?

Yes! We offer a variety of options, including:

You can browse these collections or filter products by dietary preference.

Where is your candy from?

We source our candy from Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, bringing you some of the best treats from across Europe.

How do I use my Sukker Points?

First, make sure you have a Sukker Baby account.

On mobile, tap the turquoise crown icon. On desktop, click the turquoise Rewards button in the bottom-left corner of the homepage and sign in to your account.

After signing in, refresh the page and reopen the Rewards panel to redeem your points for a coupon code you can use at checkout.

Earn 2 Sukker Points for every $1 spent.

Please note:

U.S. customers will see reward values displayed in Canadian dollars. Rewards automatically convert to U.S. dollars at checkout.

Sukker Points cannot be combined with other discounts or Subscribe + save.

Promotions & discount codes

When using a promotion or discount code, please note:

Only one code can be used per order.

Discount codes cannot be combined with Subscribe + save.

Discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.

If a code has expired or is invalid, a replacement code will not be issued.

For orders with multiple eligible items, discounts are distributed across the applicable products.

Certain products may be excluded from promotions, including Custom Orders, BUBS, Cold Packing, Individual Candy Bags, and Letter & Number Trays. Exclusions may change at any time.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we no longer offer local pickup.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Toronto?

Yes. Same-day delivery in Toronto is available through DoorDash. You don’t need a DoorDash account to place an order through our website.

Orders placed Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. are typically delivered the same day.

Orders placed before 9:30 a.m. can be scheduled for later that day

Orders placed after 5:15 p.m. can be scheduled for next-day delivery.

How do you handle food safety?

We take food safety seriously.

Our trays are lined with protective paper, and every order is prepared by team members wearing masks, hairnets, and gloves to help ensure your candy arrives safely and in great condition.
