We know the cravings are real, so we aim to get your candy out the door as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are typically fulfilled on the same day or within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that transit times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping within Canada

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before tax and after discounts), excluding Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping refers to the estimated transit time once your order has been picked up by the carrier. It does not include our order processing time and is not guaranteed express delivery.

Orders are shipped on business days only. We generally do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. If you require weekend or holiday delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If you select Next Day Delivery, your order will ship on the next business day.

PO boxes

If you require shipping to a P.O. box, you may incur an additional cost.

Outside Ontario: Typically 1–7 business days

Remote areas: Approximately 4–12 business days

Delivery instructions

If your order is to be left outside, please include clear delivery instructions at checkout.

While we hope your candy arrives in perfect condition, Sukker Baby is not responsible for theft, weather, delivery delays, lost packages, or other circumstances beyond our control once a package has been delivered.

During warmer months, we recommend ensuring your package is not left unattended in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Shipping to the United States

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100 USD (after discounts), excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders typically arrive within 2–21 business days, although delivery times may be longer due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, additional fees may be deducted from your refund, where applicable.

Shipping carriers

U.S. orders are shipped using FedEx or USPS, depending on the order value.

Due to current tariff regulations, if UPS appears as a shipping option during checkout, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS instead.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are generally shipped with FedEx.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times, customs fees, duties, and taxes vary by destination country.

Important shipping information

Once your order has shipped, we only have access to the same tracking information available to you. If you’re experiencing a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.

Returned packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If you choose not to have the package resent and request a refund instead, the original shipping charges (whether paid by the customer or Sukker Baby), along with any applicable fees, will be deducted from your refund.

Lost packages

If your package is believed to be lost, please contact us within 21 business days of placing your order so we can file a claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Cold packing

Ordering during warmer weather?

You can add Cold Packing to your order for extra protection during transit.

Cold Packing includes thermal bubble wrap and ice packs designed to help keep your candy cool while it’s on its way to you.

Please note that Cold Packing cannot guarantee products won’t be affected by extreme heat or unexpected transit delays.

Melted products are not eligible for replacement or refund unless Cold Packing has been purchased.
