What is the Sukker Club?
The Sukker Club is a loyalty and rewards program that enhances your candy shopping experience. Subscribe for 6 or 12 months to get your favourite candy at a discounted price, plus you’ll receive some exclusive benefits.
What subscription plans do you offer, and how do they work?
We have two plans available:
6 months for 15% off subscribed product
Or
12 months for 20% off subscribed product.
You will also have access to exclusive benefits such as:
- 5% off every future purchase (excluding subscription orders).
- Loyalty points.
- Our special newsletter with the latest news.
How can I sign up?
Select a product and under purchase options, click on "Subscribe and Save”. Click add to cart and checkout. Once purchased, you’ll be automatically subscribed to the Sukker Club.

When will my order be placed and ship out?
All subscription orders will automatically be placed on the 12th of each month, and will be shipped by the 15th.
Orders must be submitted 2 days before to make this cut off.
What products can I select?
The products available are the Signature Sukker Bag in any variety, Mini Sukker Bag in any variety, and Sukker Candy Trays.
What countries do you ship to? Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
We ship to Canada and the U.S.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account through our top menu under "Sign in."
Will my subscription automatically renew after my subscription period ends?
Yes, it does!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Please email us if you would like to cancel your subscription.
For 6 month subscription orders, a minimum of 3 months is required before cancellation can occur.
For 6 month subscription orders, a minimum of 3 months is required before cancellation can occur.
For 12 month subscription orders, a minimum of 6 months is required before cancellation can occur.
If you wish to cancel before the minimum, additional fees may apply.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, but we have free shipping for all orders over $75 CDN + USD.
Can I choose the candy in my product?
Unfortunately not at this time.
What happens if I need to update my personal information like address, payment etc?
You can update it under your profile settings and contact us at least 2 business days before your billing date.
When will I get charged?
You will be charged the 12th of each month.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
