What is the Sukker Club?
The Sukker Club is a loyalty and rewards program that enhances your candy shopping experience. Subscribe for 6 or 12 months to get your favourite candy at a discounted price, plus you’ll receive some exclusive benefits.
What subscription plans do you offer, and how do they work?
We have two plans available:
6 months for 15% off subscribed product
12 months for 20% off subscribed product.
You will also have access to exclusive benefits such as:
- 5% off every future purchase (excluding subscription orders).
- Loyalty points.
- New candy samples sent with every subscription order.
- Participation in a monthly private giveaway.
- Our special newsletter with the latest news.
How can I sign up?
Select a product and under purchase options, click on "Subscribe and Save”. Click add to cart and checkout. Once purchased, you’ll be automatically subscribed to the Sukker Club.

When will my order ship?
All subscription orders will be shipped by the 15th of each month.
Orders must be submitted 2 days before to make this cut off.
Can I choose my shipping date at checkout?
The shipping date picker is not applicable for subscription orders. Please note that all subscription orders will ship by the 15th of each month, even if you choose a specific delivery date.
What countries do you ship to? Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
We ship to Canada and the U.S.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account through our top menu under "Sign in."
Will my subscription automatically renew after my subscription period ends?
No, but we’d love to see you again!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can in 'manage my subscription'.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, but we have free shipping for all orders over $55 CDN and $75 USD.
What happens if my candy is out of stock?
We will notify you and offer a replacement, you can pause your subscription until we get the candy back in stock, or you can cancel your subscription.
What happens if I need to update my personal information like address, payment etc?
You can update it under your profile settings and contact us at least 2 business days before your billing date.
When will I get charged?
You will be charged once a month.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
