How Do I Subscribe?
- Click on the Subscribe + Save tab on the homepage.
- Choose between all of the available products listed on this page.
- Add to cart and checkout.
What Discount Do I Get?
You will receive 10% off each product.
What is the frequency of my orders and when will my order be placed?
All subscription orders will automatically be placed on the 12th of each month.
What products can I select?
All available products are listed under our Subscribe + Save tab.
What countries do you ship to? Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
We ship to Canada and the U.S.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
Will my subscription automatically renew after my subscription period ends?
Yes, it does!
Can I cancel my subscription?
A minimum of three months is required for your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the minimum three month period, there will be an early cancellation fee of either the difference between the discounted subscription price and regular price plus the remaining duration or $25. This will be determined by whichever is higher.
Please email us if you would like to cancel your subscription. You cannot cancel your subscription on your own.
What happens if I need to update my personal information like address, payment etc?
You can update it under your profile settings and contact us at least 2 business days before your billing date.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
